What a plugin's

install(oruninstall) runs. Holding on to it and reaching for a capability later is refused: PluginContext.get and PluginContext.require throw once the host has sealed the context, which is what makes RFC 0002's "registration is only legal during install" a rule rather than a request. What a plugin does with a registry it already fetched is, honestly, beyond this seam's reach.
