Interface ResolvedStrokeStyle

A StrokeStyle with every optional field except paint and dash resolved — what a shape stores and hands back (see ResolvedPaint for why the accessor has two types).

paint and dash stay optional because their absence means something — no paint of its own, and a solid rather than a dashed band — rather than standing in for a default value.
