    Type Alias SurfaceResize

    SurfaceResize: (width: number, height: number, resolution?: number) => void

    What a SurfaceObserver reports: the surface's new size in logical pixels, and optionally its new device-pixel ratio.

    The arguments are Application.resize's, because that is what the observer's report becomes.
