Every pointer event type this tier delivers (§72's pointer enter/leave, down/up/move, click subset).
Double-click, wheel, focus/blur, pinch, and rotate are listed by §72 and are
not implemented here: the first two need a source of platform events this
packet does not own (wheel deltas, focus management), and the gesture events
need multi-pointer recognizers. Keyboard left this list on 2026-08-07 (A-10):
SceneKeyEvent is a separate event class with its own source, because a key
event has no pointer id and no position and would be a lie as a member of
this union. Nothing below assumes
the set is closed — pointercancel joined it on 2026-08-06 (A-9) by adding
one member to PropagatingPointerEventType, which is the whole cost of
a new propagating type.
