A range rather than a single number since 2026-08-06 (PH-6) — see
LATEST_REPLAY_FORMAT_VERSION for the rule that keeps the range
honest. Each version in it is a shape this build can read completely; a
version outside it is refused rather than guessed at (§34).
Spelled out rather than generated from the two bounds: the versions this
build understands are a list of shapes, and a future format that drops
support for an intermediate version must be able to say so here without the
bounds lying. The first and last entries are pinned to
MINIMUM_REPLAY_FORMAT_VERSION / LATEST_REPLAY_FORMAT_VERSION
by tests/replay-format.test.ts.
Every format version validateReplayRecording accepts, ascending.
