Constsince 2026-08-07 (review finding F7) — use
LATEST_REPLAY_FORMAT_VERSION. The name stopped being true on
2026-08-06, when PH-6 made a document declare the lowest version that can
express it: from then on a configuration-free recording written by this build
is stamped 1 while this constant reads 2, so "the version of a document
this build wrote" was no longer a thing a single number could name. The pair
MINIMUM_REPLAY_FORMAT_VERSION / LATEST_REPLAY_FORMAT_VERSION
says what is actually true. No document bytes changed with the rename.
The old name of LATEST_REPLAY_FORMAT_VERSION, kept as an alias so no consumer breaks. Same value, same meaning it always had; only the name changed.
